After The Storm by Debby Turner

With great thanks Debby.

After the Storm

Your heart can't be broken,
It only feels that way,
You're afraid and lonely,
Don't worry I will stay.

You say it feels awful
to watch your world collapse.
You need to see tomorrow.
Believe this storm will pass.

This wind in your eyes
will end tonite

With mystical mornings,
Crystal clear mornings After the Storm.

The darkest clouds are breaking,
make way for other times.
No heart aching,
watch summer storms subside.
Lift your hands to the heavens
and rest assured.
Tears of the spirit and
the patient prayer is heard.

This wind in your eyes
will end tonite

With mystical mornings,
Crystal clear mornings After the Storm.

Even when things go wrong,
Life is good and worth living.

Live on and on
You daughters and sons.
It's such a good ride just stayin' alive!

Tie a Yellow Ribbon by Tony Orlando and Dawn

I saw Tony Orlando and Dawn in person during the ISP Gala Night, August 20, 2005 held in Hilton Hotel, Washington DC. They sang this song and we sang along with them. It was so exhilarating experience to see them performed live on stage and Tony coming down from the stage to join us on the floor. What a show of a lifetime!

the world is full of it, and you simply take as much as you require." ~Edward Elgar

Lonely Boy

"Music was my refuge. I could crawl into the space between
the notes and curl my back to loneliness." ~Maya Angelou,
